Bahamas Independence Weekend Family Fest, July 8 - 11, 2010
Over the Bahamian Independence weekend, the resort will be offering special room and marina packages where a portion of the package price will go to support the six national parks on the island of Abaco.
As part of this fun filled weekend the Bahamas National Trust with the support of local artists will hold a special art exhibition; "The Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer" Abaco Style" on July 9 & 10th will be held in the Resort's Marquis. The July 9th evening exhibition will feature a silent auction with the proceeds going to support the maintenance and installation of a mooring in the new Fowl Cays National Park and the Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park.
Carnival type tents for games, activities and contests will be set up on the Resort property and will be available to guests all weekend long.
